Terms of service
Effective September 29, 2026. These terms are between you and Lemnos Holdings LLC ("we"), for SlipKit and this website. Support: hello@lemnosholdings.com.
1. Using SlipKit
SlipKit prints packing slips for your Squarespace Commerce orders. You need a Squarespace site on a plan that allows API keys for orders (Core or higher), and you're responsible for the API key you connect and for what you print, including the discount codes and links you put on your slips. You can use SlipKit for any lawful purpose. SlipKit is an independent product. It isn't made, affiliated with or endorsed by Squarespace, and Squarespace's own terms still apply to your store.
2. Trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. When it ends, your settings stay saved and printing pauses until you choose a plan.
- SlipKit costs $9 per month or $90 per year, billed by Stripe in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: if SlipKit didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
- If we ever raise the price, it applies from your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice by email.
3. Your data
Your store, your orders, your logo and your settings are yours. We don't claim any rights to them. We use them only to run SlipKit for you. The privacy policy lists exactly what we store and what we don't (customer and order data isn't stored).
4. If we shut it down
If we ever stop offering SlipKit, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, let you export your settings, refund the unused part of any prepaid period without you having to ask, and point you to an alternative if there is one.
5. No warranty
SlipKit is provided "as is". Check a slip before printing a big batch. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Squarespace won't change its API in a way that breaks it for a while. "Slips that sold" counts orders that used your code; it can't know whether the slip is the reason someone used it.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending access
You can stop using SlipKit any time and delete your account from the app. We can suspend access if it's being used to break the law or to abuse Squarespace's API.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and material changes get 30 days' notice. Texas law governs these terms.
